These terms and conditions explain how we work, how we handle orders, payments, returns, and your responsibilities as our customer. By using our website or placing an order with us, you accept and agree to follow all the rules mentioned below.

1. About Us

Gemsure is a diamond and jewellery company based in Surat, India, founded in 2019. We create and sell jewellery using both natural diamonds and CVD lab-grown diamonds. Our products include rings, necklaces, earrings, bangles, bracelets, and custom-made pieces designed as per customer requests. Our website acts as a platform to showcase our jewellery and allows customers to make inquiries or place customized orders.

2. Type of Business

Gemsure specializes in high-quality diamond jewellery, both readymade and custom-designed. We offer:

  • Certified and non-certified diamonds

  • Natural diamonds and lab-grown diamonds

  • Jewellery for weddings, engagements, gifts, and personal use

  • Custom-made jewellery based on customer designs or preferences

All our jewellery is crafted with skilled workmanship and strict quality control. We focus on offering jewellery that is elegant, affordable, and trustworthy.

3. Order Process

We follow a make-to-order model. This means your jewellery will be designed and made only after you confirm the order.

  • Orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp, email, or in-person discussion.

  • Once we receive your order and design details, we will share an estimated time for making and delivery.

  • Customizations like diamond shape, size, gold type, or engraving must be finalized before we begin production.

  • After final confirmation, changes may not be allowed, or additional charges may apply.

All communication related to order confirmation, pricing, and timelines may be done offline (phone, messages, or email) for clarity and personal attention.

4. Payment Terms

To begin work on your order, we need an advance payment.

  • 50% advance payment is required at the time of placing your order. This amount is non-refundable once production starts.

  • The remaining 50% payment must be made before we dispatch or deliver the jewellery.

  • All prices mentioned are inclusive of GST and other government taxes.

  • We accept payments through bank transfer, UPI, or other verified payment modes.

  • All payments are processed under the legal jurisdiction of Surat, India.

  • We may hold the delivery until full payment is received and verified.

Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation or delay of the order.

5. Delivery and Shipping

  • We deliver across India and internationally using trusted courier and logistics partners.

  • All shipping charges, taxes, and duties (if any) are to be paid by the customer.

  • The customer can choose a specific courier service if preferred.

  • We will share tracking details after the shipment is dispatched.

  • Gemsure is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party courier services.

  • Any delay in shipping due to public holidays, natural calamities, or transport strikes is not in our control.

Please ensure the correct delivery address and contact information is shared while placing the order.

6. Return and Exchange Policy

We take great care to deliver the best quality products. Since our jewellery is mostly custom-made, we do not offer general returns or exchanges.

In special cases, we may accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition with all packaging, tags, and certificates.

  • The product will be checked by our quality team before accepting the return.

  • If we find any signs of damage, use, or tampering, the return will not be accepted.

  • The customer must bear return shipping charges unless agreed otherwise.

We reserve the right to deny return or exchange if the above conditions are not met.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • If the final price of the jewellery is lower than the total amount paid, we will refund the difference.

  • If we are unable to deliver the product due to any reason on our end, we will process a full refund of the paid amount.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method and may take 7 to 14 business days to reflect in your account.

We do not offer refunds for customized orders unless there is a valid issue from our side (such as incorrect product, wrong size, etc.).

8. Jewellery Information and Product Quality

Before finalizing your order, we will share:

  • Detailed information on diamond quality, metal weight, sizes, and styles

  • Any certifications or grading reports (if applicable)

  • Estimated completion time and delivery schedule

Since our products are handcrafted and made to order, minor variations in size, weight, or finishing may occur. These variations are normal and not considered defects.

Any extra cost due to customization, urgent delivery, or premium materials must be paid by the customer.

9. Ownership and Usage Rights

All images, logos, product designs, and content on the Gemsure website and social media pages are the intellectual property of Gemsure . Copying or using any of these materials without permission is not allowed.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

All business transactions, payments, and agreements made with Gemsure are governed by the laws of Surat, India. In case of any dispute, the matter will be handled in the courts of Surat.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page. By continuing to use our website or place new orders, you agree to follow the updated terms.
